Tiffany Ridenour was born and raised in the beautiful state of Montana that she feels blessed to call home. Tiffany enjoys all that the outdoors have to offer and spends free time hiking, floating the river, fly fishing and playing cribbage in front of a campfire with her husband. Montana will always be home, but Tiffany has enjoyed exploring her husband’s home state of Oregon and they make annual trips to the coast for steelhead fishing and crabbing.

Tiffany has a passion of being involved and serving others. She works hard to assist team members and clients to accomplish their goals. Tiffany enjoys performing research on accounting topics and guidance to expand her knowledge and assist team members and clients.

As part of the Employee Benefits team, Tiffany’s primary focus consists of auditing Employee Profit Sharing, 401(k), Defined Benefit and ESOP Benefit Plans to ensure plans are in compliance with regulations of the U.S. Department of Labor and Internal Revenue Service.
