At JCCS, we are always looking for ways to innovate. The culture of innovation is what allows us to tailor services and advice to your specific situation, and build a plan to help you achieve your personal and professional goals.

On virtually every computer, there is a software application that is changing the way we can deliver real time financial data to our clients. With this program, we can look into a database, pull data, and create a report to summarize the data in a way that is meaningful, informative, and timely. What program is this, you ask? You’ve heard of it before, you’ve surely used it before. It’s Microsoft Excel.

Most modern users know basics of Excel: how to use functions, how to format tables, and maybe some conditional formatting, but these basics do not utilize all the functionality of Excel. The capabilities of this program allow users to perform advanced data mining and analytics, even create data visualization tools called dashboards that display current status of metrics and key performance indicators for a business on a single screen.

Our team members are learning how to use these tools to provide you with the most up to date, accurate information possible so you can make informed and smart decisions for you and your business. Numbers aren’t just numbers; they affect lives and businesses, and we want to help you understand and plan for those effects. Because at JCCS, that’s what it is all about: serving our clients and their goals in the best way possible.
