A career in accounting and advisory is about more than numbers. At least the way we practice it at JCCS. Our goal is to help clients be informed, understand implications and make better decisions for their businesses, families and themselves. We know that as key advisors, we’re helping clients achieve the future they envision. Doing that well requires us – first and foremost – to attract and retain great people.
Our professionals are bright, savvy and forward thinking. We make ourselves available to our clients and build strong relationships. We collaborate with one another, always looking for ways to bring in a new perspective or expertise to address a client challenge. As a firm, we adopt innovative technologies and provide training and resources to help our people be more efficient, develop as professionals and serve their clients in more ways.
In other words, it isn’t enough to be a numbers person here. You need to be driven to achieve client goals, to develop your skills and to help those around you excel. That formula is what’s taken JCCS from a single office in 1946 to a regional firm with six locations and more than 100 professionals, today. And we believe it will take us where we plan to go, tomorrow.
If you’re interested in joining a firm committed to the success of its people, as well as its clients and communities, please view our current job openings and submit your resume and cover letter.

JCCS is an Equal Opportunity Employer
Growth. It’s important for our people too.
Having a sound plan in place ensures the success of our clients’ financial goals. The same holds true for our employees. That’s why at JCCS we don’t talk about continuing education as a vague concept. We put a disciplined and written plan in place for everyone who works here. This framework provides an opportunity for growth for all of our staff and accelerated growth for those interested in exciting and challenging opportunities within our company.
Simply put, we are an organization that is constantly learning. Constantly sharing. Constantly challenging ourselves. Through learning tracks developed every year, we start with onboarding skills that are needed. These then dovetail into a progression of foundational skills in technical and nontechnical applications by service line area. Our employees determine their own success, accept responsibility for their own professional development and are paid to continuously learn on the job. Yet they aren’t the only ones who benefit.
We’ve found that by accessing higher education and leveraging the skills and talents of all team members we can deliver on what’s truly important: proactively meeting the challenges our clients face with the highest value.
