We may use the User Information, including Personal Information, in one or more of the following ways:

We strive to protect your User Information, but we cannot guarantee it is 100% secure. We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards, nor do not use malware scanning.

We, along with third-party vendors such as Google, use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookies) and third-party cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) or other third-party identifiers together to compile data regarding user interactions with ad impressions and other ad service functions as they relate to our website. Users can set preferences for how Google advertises to you using the Google Ad Settings page. Alternatively, you can opt out by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative Opt Out page or by using the Google Analytics Opt Out Browser add on.

The On-Line Services are operated in the United States. If you are located in another jurisdiction, information you provide to us will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the On-Line Services or providing us with any information, you consent to this transfer, processing, and storage of your information in the United States. The privacy laws of the United States may differ significantly, and may not be as comprehensive, as the jurisdiction in which you reside or are a citizen.

We do not share personal information with third-parties for their direct marketing purposes, as defined by California Civil Code Section 1798.83, unless we give you choice (opt-in or opt-out) before sharing with those third parties. If you would like to modify or delete from our database any Personal Information you previously submitted to us, please let us know by accessing and updating your profile. Please note that any Personal Information that we have copied may remain in back-up storage for some period of time after your request, and that if you delete certain information you may not be able to order services in the future without re-submitting such information. Also, please note that we will maintain Personal Information in our database whenever we are required to do so by law.
13. Children’s Privacy
The On-Line Services are intended for a general audience and are not intended for and may not be used by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 and we do not target the On-Line Services to children under the age of 13.
