As a native Montanan, Brenda Peyton knows how to enjoy getting outside. With camera in hand, you can find her camping, hiking or exploring the backroads with her husband and daughter on their Harleys and ATVs. With her love of photography, Brenda appreciates the value of a great snapshot. She uses this snapshot and point of view in striving to provide her clients with the best snapshot to manage their business. With more than 18 years of experience, she is able to provide her clients with the tools and information they need to make informed management decisions.

Brenda has encountered many companies whose financials are in disarray. Without the proper financial snapshot, owners aren’t able to assess the financial health of their company or make sound financial decisions. This not only leads to a very stressful situation, but most importantly, it takes them away from what they are truly good at. Brenda loves this type of challenge and enjoys being able to go in, assess the situation, see the goal, formulate a plan, implement the plan and help her clients turn the situation around. The biggest reward comes when she is able to sit down with her client and review a set of clearly stated, sound financials.

With her experience in all aspects of payroll, bookkeeping and financial reporting, she enjoys working with a variety of industries. Her primary focus has been with contractors, health care and not-for-profit organizations. Having worked with a wide array of software programs, she is able to quickly adapt to any proprietary software her clients may be using. She has been a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor for many years and loves the challenge of helping her clients use the program to its full potential.
