As chief learning officer at JCCS, Christine Prince is responsible for the design, development and implementation of effective training solutions. Her own penchant for self-improvement is reflected in the way she designs and implements strategies that create positive impact and improve the lives of others.

With more than 27 years experience in the accounting industry and working closely with JCCS practice directors, Christine designs disciplined and intentional training strategies and accelerated learning plans for each team member – and on an annual basis. These blueprints for continual professional development enable JCCS staff to learn exponentially across both technical and nontechnical practice areas. From that knowledge foundation, practice management teams then work collaboratively with a focus toward applying the best strategies to support each client. Such problem-solving and advanced planning skills help JCCS clients plan and achieve future objectives to meet their financial goals.

By designing these training programs to provide cross-functional knowledge as well as focused development of specialized industry or tax entity knowledge, Christine helps bring the depth of the JCCS team’s skills and expertise to each client. This uniquely holistic approach of collaborative problem-solving and practice management helps JCCS clients become properly informed on all issues, risks and opportunities that could impact their financial wealth and future.

Outside of the office Christine is an outdoors enthusiast who also loves to dance. Originally from Rochester, New York, she raised her three sons in Maryland before relocating to Montana 16 years ago. Her and her husband enjoy a beautiful blended family of 7 children and 9 grandchildren.
