With some 20 years of experience in corporate financial management, JCCS Chief Financial Officer Dana Sondergaard has consistently focused on ensuring not only the sustainability, but also the long-term success of companies with whom she works. This experience combined with four years of practice in the public accounting field before moving into the private sector gives Dana the ability to see any given situation from several different perspectives: from the client-side, as an accountant and as internal financial management.

Dana appreciates that the entire JCCS administrative team provides comprehensive day-to-day support of overall company functions so that the CPAs and business advisors can focus on what they do best, serving our clients. The goal of her administrative team is to concentrate on designing internal processes using up-to-the-minute technology and other key resources to keep the administration of company functions as efficient and productive as possible.

For Dana, daily decisions are driven by her underlying philosophy to help others achieve their goals. She really does believe that she best helps herself grow by helping others. A native of Great Falls, Dana spent some time in California gaining invaluable accounting experience. Her passion for family and for making a difference in the local community brought her back home to Montana, where she enjoys teaching children’s classes and singing in her church’s choir.
