Jay completed her college education at Carroll College in May of 2018. After competing in dual sports; softball and golf, completing a double major and achieving a 4.0 GPA, she was ready to shift her focus and time to the professional world.

After completing an internship with JCCS in the Spring, Jay fell in love with the firm and the culture it cultivates and decided to start full time in May of 2018. Being new to the profession, Jay will approach clients and work with enthusiasm and attention to detail. She will use her strengths as a quiet leader, an adept listener and a problem solver to help clients and colleagues. From her experience gained from college teams and tutoring, Jay will channel her ability to work as a close team member and is willing to contribute whatever it takes to get the job done.

Outside of the work realm, Jay enjoys the outdoors and spends her time hiking, swimming, camping, skiing and golfing.
