As a professional accountant, with over 20 years of experience in public accounting, Kemp’s experience provides a teamwork approach with small to medium sized businesses and high net-worth individual clients to achieve financial goals and minimize tax liability. Kemp has personally found ways to solve a client’s complex tax and audit issues, which begins with a face-to-face meeting with a client, listening to their concerns and ideas and deliver a quality product to the client.

Kemp’s core values of dependability, curiosity for learning beyond the scope of what is expected and required, also taking a “hands on” approach to solve client questions and problems is part of a collaborative approach with the Firm, its team members and the clients of the Firm, and a foundation for building a successful, perpetual relationship with existing and new clients.

Kemp is from the southeast part of Texas, and upon relocation to Montana in December 2020, he embraces Montana as “home.” Kemp has a spouse, Melissa and two daughters, Grace and Faith. Kemp enjoys in his free time attending and volunteering at the parish in Bozeman, enjoys long hikes in all seasons, and road trips to all parts of Montana.
