Tiffany Stemple serves as Team Lead of the firm’s western Audit division, providing audit and assurance services to private businesses, nonprofit organizations, and governmental entities. She works closely with clients throughout the audit process, helping them navigate complex financial reporting requirements while delivering practical recommendations that strengthen internal controls, improve accounting processes, and enhance overall operations.

Tiffany believes the most effective audits provide value beyond compliance. By taking time to understand each client’s organization, goals, and challenges, she delivers insights tailored to their specific needs. She also collaborates with professionals across the firm to provide comprehensive solutions and a high level of client service.

As a lifelong resident of the Flathead Valley, Tiffany values her relationships in the community and relishes the opportunity to serve local organizations and businesses. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and their two children and taking advantage of the many activities Montana has to offer.
