If there is a single biggest thing that Victor Lombardo has learned in his 25-plus years in IT, it is that technology needs to assist the user. It should not force the users to change their workflow to deal with the technology’s limitations. If there is a way to help a user become more comfortable and proficient with technology then Victor will find it.
